A. Getting your boiler serviced when there doesn’t appear to be any issue may seem unnecessary, but servicing your boiler once a year should help to prolong its lifespan.
Q. How Often Should I Get My Air Conditioning Unit Serviced?
A. With air conditioning units, there are filters that need changing for the air flow. We recommend servicing the unit once every 12 months as there are different factors which can effect your air conditioning unit. We offer maintenance and servicing packages.

Q. How long does it take to fit my new boiler?
A. Our team of trusted installers will usually fit your new boiler within one day.
Q. Will you repair any air conditioning system?
A. We will maintain and repair air conditioning systems manufactured by any supplier. We commonly repair air conditioning systems that we have not installed and take over the repair and maintenance of systems that may have been in situ for quite some time.
Q. Do you support the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Q. Do you provide any discounts?
A. Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all of our air conditioning installations for NHS, Police, and Fire Department workers, called the Blue Light Discount.
Q. Do you charge VAT for air conditioning installations?
A. No, as of last year, the government announced that all air conditioning equipment can be classed as renewable energy, and therefore is exempt from VAT.
